Steps for Sending on your behalf with QR code recording:
Complete your card purchase
Ensure you complete purchase with delivery destination address (not your own)
An email will be sent to your purchasing email with instructions
Reply with your video/audio attached
We let you know we've received and attached your file, and mail your thoughtful card complete with video/audio on your behalf!
Our Send on Behalf cards are single sided A6 with QR code on the back.

Recordings on QR codes are live for 6 months, and empty QR codes will be available for 3 years for you to record a message.

We offer a 10-day change-of-mind policy if card is unopened and the product undamaged. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 working days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

When we send on your behalf, we upload your video/audio, write your message and mail out for you. Unlike our standard A6 open out card, the Send on Behalf card is a single sided A6, with the QR code placed on the back. We print the address on our designed labels, with your address as return address and mail for you.
